We send your shipment with DHL, GLS or FedEx transport carrier. To place an order there is no minimum order value required.

Due to safety regulations, batteries and models containing a battery are shipped outside the EU with FedEx.

Swiss customs regulations:
Every shipment from abroad to Switzerland is subject to Switzerland´s duty and VAT.
In the postal service, the customer is an importer and is obliged to pay the applicable charges. These are through customs after delivery by DHL applicable (import VAT and duty tax on goods ordered).
We shall charge: orders at net prices (excluding 19% VAT.) plus shipping costs.
The customs will charge you for example later : VAT on imports (eg Switzerland currently 7.6%) on the net value of goods of our invoice plus shipping.

For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, customs duties, customs service fees and import sales taxes may be payable.
The amount of the fees depends on the supplier country. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. Additional cash on delivery charges may also apply. These fees are to be borne by the customer.
